    Learn how to:

    - hand express your milk

    - establish and maintain your milk supply

    - attach your baby at the breast

    - try different positions and holds- recognise signs baby is getting enough milk

    - manage the transition to parenthood

    - understand newborn sleep and feeding behaviours

    - measure your flange size for pumping

    - use lymphatic breast massage to prevent and manage ‘plugged ducts’

Home Visit

1-1.30 hr - $150

Initial Visit

Breastfeeding support to help with a variety of milk supply issues, breast and nipple pain, pumping and more.

  • 1-2 hour, in-person home visit available from Mobile, AL to Pensacola FL.

    Consultation includes:

    - comprehensive medical history

    - infant feeding observation

    - oral and sucking skills assessment

    - tongue tie assessment

    - breast and nipple conditions assessment and care

    - breastfeeding goals counselling- care plan for breastfeeding concerns and challenges

    - learning techniques such as hand expression and lymphatic breast massage

    - breast pump flange sizing and fitting
